Desk Clock with Photo - Portrait Caddy
This beautiful desk clock showcases the time of day next to a special photograph. The photo "Caddy" features a sturdy glass divider that allows you to view two photos one from either side. Suitable for 2 x 3-1/2inch x 5inch (8.5cm x 12cm) photos. The clock features a white dial with a glass crystal, a polished gold tone waterfall style bezel, and black Roman numerals. A felt bottom protects your desktop and the quartz movement includes the battery. Finished in Rosewood on select hardwoods with a brass base.
Suitable for personalisation with a gold plaque and engraving.

EXPRESS POST for deliveries in Australia. A $12 charge applies for regular parcels sent by Express Post. Note: If you are located outside the Express Post Network please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery (depending on location). Express Post charges for Large/heavy items may be higher. Available for most products.

Once we lodge the goods with Australia Post, we are only able to track it's progress if you choose Registered Post or Express Post.

When you choose Registered Post, a signature will be required on delivery. If you are not home, a red/white card will be left in your mail box. You will need to collect your order from your local Post Office.

Once orders are posted, we cannot accept responsibility for goods not delivered on time. We strongly advise you to place your order well in advance of when you need it to ensure it arrives on time.

When will you ship my order?

We normally ship your order within 3-4 days of you placing your order. If your item is to be produced (Fine Bone China Gift or Photo Panel), your order will be shipped within 24 hours of our scheduled production time - normally only a few days. Orders for personalised Station and Colonial Clocks please allow approx 1 week for delivery.
NOTE: This depends on your payment being accepted and cleared, and our warehouse stock levels. We will advise you of any delays.

Engraving products does not delay shipping.

Our delivery times are estimated and based upon advice by Australia Post. It is important that you allow sufficient time for delivery as delays can sometimes occur during shipment by Australia Post. If you are located outside a metropolitan area please allow an extra 1-2 business days for delivery.

What happens if my order hasn't arrived yet?
Once we lodge your goods with Australia Post, we are only able to track your parcel if you choose Registered Post or Express Post. Here are some points to note:

Please check with your local Post Office. In 95% of cases, the goods are there.

If there is no one at home to accept delivery, Australia Post should leave a red and white card notifying you to collect the item from the local post office. In some cases Australia Post MAY NOT leave a card. If your goods have not arrived within a reasonable time period and no card has been left, it is always a good idea to check with your local post office.

In some areas (particularly remote regional areas), the delivery may be delayed for a variety of reasons such as weather, unavailability of local delivery person etc.

We have found that it is very rare for a package to be totally lost. Almost always they turn up. Most turn up within a reasonable time. Please allow extra time where possible for postage...just in case.
