My First Memories Photo Frame - Girl - 13 Pictures
The My First Memories photo frame is suitable for thirteen photos. The middle photo measures 11cm x 8cm and is encircled with pink edge with the words my first memories. The remaining twelve photos for each month of baby's first year, measure 3.5 x 3.5cm each. The solid frame features two pink teddy bears on either side of the middle photo and has a pink bow and edging at the bottom of the frame. The frame is made of a strong porcelain-polished finish, so will not mark or tarnish.
The frame is oval in shape and measures 27cmW x 25.5cmH in total, and has a strong black backing. It can be displayed as a photo frame or wall-mounted, as it also comes with a hook attachment.

EXPRESS POST for deliveries in Australia. A $12 charge applies for regular parcels sent by Express Post. Note: If you are located outside the Express Post Network please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery (depending on location). Express Post charges for Large/heavy items may be higher. Once we lodge the goods with Australia Post, we are only able to track it's progress if you choose Registered Post or Express Post.

When you choose Registered Post, a signature will be required on delivery. If you are not home, a red/white card will be left in your mail box. You will need to collect your order from your local Post Office.

Once orders are posted, we cannot accept responsibility for goods not delivered on time. We strongly advise you to place your order well in advance of when you need it to ensure it arrives on time.

When will you ship my order?

We normally ship your order within 3-4 days of you placing your order. If your item is to be produced (Fine Bone China Gift or Photo Panel), your order will be shipped within 24 hours of our scheduled production time - normally only a few days. Orders for personalised Station and Colonial Clocks please allow approx 1 week for delivery.
NOTE: This depends on your payment being accepted and cleared, and our warehouse stock levels. We will advise you of any delays.

Our delivery times are estimated and based upon advice by Australia Post. It is important that you allow sufficient time for delivery as delays can sometimes occur during shipment by Australia Post. If you are located outside a metropolitan area please allow an extra 1-2 business days for delivery.

What happens if my order hasn't arrived yet?
Once we lodge your goods with Australia Post, we are only able to track your parcel if you choose Registered Post or Express Post. Here are some points to note:

Please check with your local Post Office. In 95% of cases, the goods are there.

If there is no one at home to accept delivery, Australia Post should leave a red and white card notifying you to collect the item from the local post office. In some cases Australia Post MAY NOT leave a card. If your goods have not arrived within a reasonable time period and no card has been left, it is always a good idea to check with your local post office.

In some areas (particularly remote regional areas), the delivery may be delayed for a variety of reasons such as weather, unavailability of local delivery person etc.

We have found that it is very rare for a package to be totally lost. Almost always they turn up. Most turn up within a reasonable time. Please allow extra time where possible for postage...just in case.
