Well, I did! I looked out the window and saw 2 pairs of Galahs on the dead tree near our house. It was during a sun-shower that lasted about 20 minutes. Some people call dead trees “widow-makers” and have told us to chop it down – but we’ve grown attached to that tree. Anyway…the birds love it! Greg raced outside and snapped away, and here’s a pic of the Galahs showing how they have a shower. Cartwheels, wing expansion, bums in the air and more were all on display. Hey, its a great way to clean off the grime and lice. The things you see when you’re least expecting it eh!

The move went well to our beautiful farm early in May 2008 as I previously mentioned. We used Dawson’s Removals from Bathurst NSW. Peter was very helpful as were all the staff. Our chief moving guy was Phil. He is a real character and a great asset to Dawson’s. So, if you ever need somebody to move you…Dawson’s are the people.

Hi there and welcome to our new blog!
Karen & I have been making some serious changes to our site over the past month. We have changed servers, changed shop software and now changed our blog software, and just to top it all off, we have now moved to our beautiful cattle farm just west of Sydney. All of these changes have been planned and will benefit you our valued customers. Keep an eye out for lots of new product offerings. We are also placing a greater emphasis on personalisation. George has been working very hard on this area and the engraving is able to do is quite stunning. Such quality is hard to find anywhere.
Your comments and suggestions will be very welcome indeed.
